It was cold and wet, but we decided to head out to Snoqualmie Falls. This is Hudson's first visit to the enormous waterfall located about 30 minutes east of Seattle. He fell asleep on the way, but didn't mind that we woke him up for this amazing viewing. After seeing the waterfall we decided to check out the railway museum. Once we found the museum, we discovered that during the winter and early spring months the indoor part of the museum is closed and the weather decided not to agree with us on this particular day...wet, freezing rain/show. We ended up hanging out in a coffee shop, clearly not my choice, across the street. Hudson was thrilled for the shop had lots of Dr. Suess books to choose from. Shortly thereafter we ended up heading back to Seattle for some Thai food and a visit to the Kidsquest Children's Museum for some time with Thomas the train.
